Warehouse Team Leader

Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while managing warehouse staff and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse team members.
  Assign tasks and monitor productivity.
  Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
  Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
  Prepare basic operational reports and KPI updates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  Familiarity with WMS systems is an advantage.
