About the role
Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing warehouse staff and daily operations.
Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct stock checks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
Support performance monitoring and operational reporting.
Resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.
